After several deliberations, Falz stated that Rinu Oduala and Temitope Oanu-Davis were the youths appointed to be on the panel.
Rinu and Temitope were reportedly chosen because of their active participation in protests that held at Alausa in the past two weeks.
The panel was in response to the agitation of the youths about the brutality of the men of the Special Anti-Robbery Squad (SARS).
The presidency called on state governors to set up a judicial panel to look into cases of police brutality. Lagos set up an eight-man panel, requesting two youths to join them.
Falz stated that Rinu and Temitope will be ensuring that victims of police brutality get justice for the crimes done against them.
The singer also noted that he will be attending the sessions.
I will definitely be attending their sessions and following every step of the way!! We are all closely watching this time around.
