EndSARS: ‘Trump Isn’t Your Business, Face Your Country‘ – Wizkid Blasts Buhari As Celebrities Speak Against Police Brutality, Unlawful Killings
Singer, Ayo Balogun, popularly known as ‘Wizkid’ has called on President Muhammadu Buhari to focus on issues affecting the country and youths rather than matters in America.
He said this on Twitter in a reaction to President Buhari’s get well soon message directed at US President Donald Trump who have contracted COVID-19.

Wizkid’s comment also comes amid ongoing clamor on social media for the disbandment of Special Anti-Robbery Squad (SARS) of the Nigeria Police for their involvement in various atrocities that affects the lives and properties of Nigerians.
The clamor was triggered by the alleged killing of a young man on Saturday in Ughelli, Delta State by SARS operatives.
The operatives allegedly shot the citizen and left the scene in the victim’s vehicle – a white Lexus jeep.
The news led to an outcry from Nigerians on social media who are now calling for an end to the brutality from SARS operatives.
The call for the disbandment of SARS is a long-running national issue fuelled by countless bad testimonies of ordinary Nigerians.
Reacting, Wizkid, in a tweet on Sunday told President Buhari to focus on issues affecting the country and youths instead of matters in America.
The singer also urged the government to do something about the incessant killings of Nigerians by Police officials.
His tweet reads;

In a separate tweet, WizKid also called on the Lagos State governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu to “do something” about SARS for being a threat to the lives of Lagosians.
This was a reaction to the Governor’s tweet about his commitment to keeping Lagos safe for all.

Some other Nigerians celebrities have also lent their voices to a social media campaign tagged #EndSARS, demanding for change in the country.
