COVID-19 Is Vicious, Relentless – IRokoTV Boss, Jason Njoku Says After Getting Discharged From Hospital
Jason Njoku, CEO of IrokoTV, has been discharged from the hospital as he continues to recover from COVID-19 at home.
It would be recalled that on October 28, he disclosed that he and his wife, Mary Remmy, tested positive for the novel virus.

Giving an update three days later, he said their three children all tested negative for the virus while his wife only had minor fatigue.
He however revealed that he was hospitalized and was placed on oxygen to support his breathing.

The IrokoTV boss took to his Twitter page on Saturday to break the news of his discharge from the hospital.
He also shared a picture of himself standing on his feet looking fit, alongside another where he was sitting in a wheelchair.
Njoku described the novel disease as “vicious and relentless”, adding that he could barely walk after contracting the virus.
He, however, thanked God that he is fast recuperating and disclosed that he is now resting at home as he works towards full recovery.
His tweet reads;
’24th Oct & 7th Nov. Finally leaving the hospital. Can barely walk more than 10m a time but I’m now resting at home. Covid19 is vicious, relentless and made me the most unwell I have ever been in my life. A long recovery ahead. But we thank God.
