Singer Abolore Adegbola Akande better known as 9ice has come under fire over a video of him asking Nigerians to help him beg his wife, Olasunkanmi after a footage of him engaging in extra-marital affair was leaked online.
In the video, 9ice was seen caressing the breast of another lady and also warning other guys to stay away from her. A naked photo of him in the bathroom was also leaked online.

Many Nigerians called out the singer for cheating on his wife of who he got married to in an elaborate wedding in December 2019, even after three different marriages.

Following the backlash he received, 9ice posted a video online on Saturday, November 21, asking Nigerians to help him beg his wife, Olasunkanmi.
In the video, the singer said this is his third marriage and he wants it to be successful, saying;
I have done something so shameful, something terrible and it is costing me my family and the most important thing to me right now is my family.
The 9ice that you always see and appreaciate is beacuse I have a backbone, Olasukanmi Akande and because of this terrible thing that I have done, it is costing me a whole lot.
9ice wedded his current wife, Sunkanmi, CEO of Lavish by Michelle Events, with whom he has a daughter in December 2019. It is his third marriage.
He married Adetola Anifalaje, a United States-based software engineer in 2018, and Toni Payne, whom he wedded at the onset of his career in 2008.
The singer added;
I apologise for what I have done and I need you guys to help me beg my wife. She is my backbone.
I have excelled in so many other things but one thing I have being failing is my marriage but this marriage, I want it to work. Please, help me beg my wife. Save this marriage for me.
While some Nigerians actually feel for him and are begging his wife to forgive him, others are of the opinion that he is only remorseful because he got caught in the act.
9ice has been married three times. If that was a woman, cheating three times, losing the marriage three times, and coming out to tell the world to beg her husband after doing this embarrassing crap, she would be under attack.
