Rapper T.I. And Wife, Tiny React To Sexual, Physical Abuse Allegations
Clifford Harris, American rapper better known as T.I, and his wife, Tiny have denied allegations of sexual assault leveled by against them by an Atlanta-based entrepreneur, Sabrina Peterson.
Using the social media handle theglamuniversity, Peterson made claims against T.I. on Instagram early this week saying that in the past, he threatened her with a gun.
The rapper’s wife similarly took to Instagram to dismiss the sensational claims.
Following this, Peterson, who happens to be a former friend of the rapper’s family, among other things, accused the couple of sexual abuse and forcing women to take drugs before entering their home.
In a series of Instagram Stories, Petersons shared compiled messages she claimed to have received from the over 15 victims alleged to have been abused by the couple.
However, in a statement through the family’s spokesperson to Complex on Friday, the couple described the allegations as “egregiously appalling” while calling on the public to disregard them.
The couple also vowed to take the matter seriously, adding that the family has had “difficulty” with Peterson for over decade.
The statement reads;
Mr. and Mrs. Harris want to be on record and more importantly want the public to know they emphatically deny in the strongest way possible the egregiously appalling allegations being made against them by Sabrina Peterson. The Harrises have had difficulty with this woman for well over a decade. They are taking this matter very seriously.
