Jerry Wesley Edirin, Nigeria Customs Broadcasting Network Boss, Is Dead
Managing Director of Nigeria Customs Broadcasting Network (NCBN), Engr. Edirin Jerry Wesley has reportedly passed away.
According to PRNigeria, the business mogul died on Tuesday, February 2. However, DailyPost stated that a source confirmed that he died from coronavirus at a health facility in Abuja.
NCBN operates a television and radio station in Abuja in partnership with Nigeria Customs Service (NCS).
Late Wesley was the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Skytick international group, a tech company that is into installation of intelligence system and Information Technology System design installation and maintenance.
Last December, he was honoured by Youths Digest at its Annual Campus Journalism Awards (CJA) in Abuja.
Wesley was bestowed with the award for supporting emerging media entrepreneurs, and mentoring the younger generation of journalists.
His last tweet was on January 12 in reaction to government’s plans to reopen schools.
