Veteran actor, Prince Chukwuemeka Ani has cried out for financial help from well-meaning Nigerians from his hospital bed after undergoing a major surgical procedure.
In a recent video of him in the hospital, the ailing actor revealed that he has been on admission since December 7, 2020 and that he has undergone some operations in a bid to saving his life.
Ani stated that paying for his hospital bills has been extremely difficult and appealed to Nigerians to come to his aid.
The actor, who is mostly known for his native doctor roles in movies, said;
Since December 7, I have been in this hospital for major surgery and after the surgery, it expanded to a very dangerous one. I thank God I’m getting better now. I’m soliciting from my people. The bill is too much, I cannot carry it alone. Your contributions will go a long way because I’m still taking medication from the hospital.
Ani went to thank members of the Actors Guild of Nigeria who visited him at the hospital.
He is a director and producer, who has remained one of the most popular faces in Nollywood for decades.
Ani has featured in several movies and has equally bagged awards in the course of his career in the entertainment industry.
