Popular singer and disc jockey, Florence Otedola better known as DJ Cuppy has finally carried her threat to file a lawsuit against Davido’s aide, Isreal Afeare over his “defamatory statement”.
Cuppy’s lawyers, Babajide Koku & Co., have written Afeare demanding he makes a public apology over his libellous statements against their client.
Recall that last month, Davido’s personal logistic manager, Isreal DMW, via an Instagram post alleged that despite the commercial success of 2019 hit song, Gelato by the two artists, the disc jockey did not compensate Zlatan.
The man said this was the reason for the fallout between Zlatan and DJ Cuppy.
He also claimed that Cuppy took the singer to Abuja for her fund raising where she made billions of Naira but refused to remunerate Zlatan.
