Lagos state ministry of health has approves 183 sites for the administration of Moderna COVID-19 vaccine.
In a statement on Tuesday, the ministry said those eligible to receive the vaccine are persons aged 18 years and above, who have not been previously vaccinated.
Interested persons are expected to pre-register for the exercise via the portal on the website of National Primary Health Care Development Agency (NPHCDA).
The statement reads;
Citizens, 18 years and above, who have not received any COVID vaccine may proceed to register or enroll for the Moderna vaccine via the NPHCDA E-Registration portal: https://nphcda.vaccination.gov.ng/.
Successful enrollees should then proceed to any of the 183 vaccination sites picked at the point of registration at the time scheduled to get the first dose of vaccine.
It added;
Eligible persons are advised to Pre-register on the NPHCDA E-Registration portal before visiting the Vaccination sites. This is MANDATORY.
