Deola Smart, daughter of Smart Adeyemi, a senator representing Kogi west senatorial district, has welcomed her first child with her husband, Olusola Awujoola.
The lovebirds recently took to their individual Instagram pages to announce the arrival of their bundle of joy.
Awujoola, popularly known as Malivelihood, said his wife gave birth to the baby on Monday.
The jeweller also thanked God for the safe birth while reaffirming his love for Deola.
“My beautiful daughter is here !!! 21-2-22 I love you @deolasmart. Thank you Jesus,” he wrote in the terse post.

Friends and fans of the couple have been taking to the comment sections of their separate posts to congratulate them.
The pair got engaged in 2017 and had their traditional wedding in December 2020. This was followed by a colourful white wedding held at the National Ecumenical Center in Abuja.
The white wedding was graced by several prominent dignitaries including Yemi Osinbajo, vice-president; Dolapo, his wife; and Ahmed Lawan, senate president.
It was also attended by several celebrities from the showbiz industry including Davido, Zlatan Ibile, and Eniola Badmus.
Olusola had earlier described their union as the “royal wedding of all time”.
The news of their childbirth comes few months after rumours of their marriage on the brink of collapse over Malivelihood’s interest on marrying another woman.
However, the rumours faded away with no direct reaction from the couple.
