Nollywood actor and TV host, Nancy Isime has on Tuesday, March 22 denied allegations of being bankrolled by a married man, Micheal Diongoli who she’s romantically involved with him.
Controversial IG blogger, Gistlovers had accused the show host of having amorous ties with Micheal Dion-Goli, who turn sponsored her trip to Istanbul, Turkey.
Other actresses such as Nuella Njubigbo, Onyi Alex and reality star, Nengi Hampson Rebecca were also accused alongside Nancy as Gistlovers claimed that the pressure they mounted on Michael’s wife, caused her to exit her matrimonial home.

Reacting to the allegation, Nancy Isime decried the erroneous belief that every successful woman is being sponsored by a man, especially one she has an amorous relationship with.
She expressed;
If you’re a Nigerian Woman with plans to be successful. Please add these names to your plans so it doesn’t surprise you when it happens “Ashawo, Olosho” especially if you decide to be an Actress it’s an automatic naming ceremony if you like be virgin! @ I knew the “breaking news” was coming.
The TV host expressed;
There’s been too much positive news about me online, not everyone likes that. Once your name drives traffic, the propaganda begins with or without evidence. But listen, I refuse to be bullied by patriarchy! Sad part is I haven’t even scratched surface yet. God just started with me.
Reacting to people asking her to ignore the allegation, the award-winning actress further stated;
And yes, it’s easy to say Ignore. Until you’re on set filming
till upm, on the phone constantly working towards the season premiere launch of your show amongst all the other obligations for brands you work with and future projects. Literally mentally and physically exhausted from
trying to make something
out of your life only to check
your notifications and it’s
flooded with comments
calling you out of your name.
I’m talking thousands of
comments.
Isime also dared the blogger to release evidence to buttress the allegations against her, saying;
Like I said, since we can’t sue a faceless account. We at least deserve concrete proof of the allegation laid. Dig it all up let’s see. Not just resort to calling
names and trying to bully me
into silence out of fear and
even restricting my comments so no one can see then screenmunching the
same comment for clout.
According to Nancy, she looks forward to days when the bias suffered by women shall be broken. 
She concluded;
Sad part is to them, they’re tearing down one woman but what they don’t know is they’re telling thousands and millions of young women that they can never make it without succumbing to predators. Thereby influencing them negatively and exposing them to these predators and their pimps who tell them, this is what your role model does, so you have to do it if you want to succeed.
Isime stated;
That’s how the cycle continues! I’m fully aware that the media will drive any propaganda they want but I’ll do my best in breaking this Bias no matter how much I’m challenged. 10 years from now, we’ll look back at a time where female entrepreneurs are referred to as Prostitutes unprovoked and laugh. Until then, we go dey succeed they go.
The actress confirmed knowing the businessman but said they were only business partners.
