Nigeria, Ghana Draw In World Qualifier Match
Super Eagles of Nigeria and Black Stars of Ghana have played a goalless draw on Friday evening at the first leg of the play off for Qatar 2022 World Cup.
Both teams had little chances, which they failed to convert with Nigeria coming closest in the second half with a pass to winger, Moses Simon brilliantly saved by the goalkeeper at Baba Yara Stadium in Kumasi, Ghana.
The reverse leg is set for the Moshood Kashimawo Abiola (MKO) National Stadium, Abuja on Tuesday, 29th March from 6pm.
The winner over two legs will earn one of Africa’s five tickets to the 22nd FIFA World Cup finals, scheduled for 14th November – 18th December this year in Qatar.
