Chidinma Ojukwu, the alleged killer of SuperTV CEO, Micheal Usifo Ataga, has been crowned as Miss Cell 2022 in Kirikiri correctional facility, Apapa, Lagos state.
Recall that Ataga was reported missing on June 13, 2021 by his family and friends after he didn’t return to his home in Banana Island and he also didn’t turn up at his Victoria Island office.

All efforts to reach Ataga, who would have turned 50 years old on June 18, proved abortive and this caused distress to his wife and children, who live in Abuja. Unfortunately, his lifeless body was found on Friday morning, June 18, in a flat in Lekki phase 1 with multiple stab wounds.
Shortly after, Chidinma, a 300-level mass communication student of University of Lagos (UNILAG), with whom Ataga lodged in the Lekki apartment, was arrested for stabbing him to death.

While being paraded by Lagos police command, the 22-year-old confessed to the crime but alleged that the media businessman forcefully had sex with her, prior to a second attempt that resulted in a violent confrontation.
While her trial is still ongoing, Chidinma won the beauty pageant tagged ‘Miss Cell 2022’ held at Kirikiri correctional facility to mark 2022 International Women’s Day on March 8.
