Mavin Records-signed artiste, Divine Ikubor better known as Rema, has on Friday, March 25 released his debut album ‘Rave & Roses’.
The body of work, composed of 16 tracks. It includes features from such artistes as 6lack, Chris Brown, AJ Tracey, and Yseult.

Rema signed a record deal with D’Prince’s Jonzing World, a subsidiary of Mavin Records, in 2019.
He released his eponymous debut EP ‘Rema’ in 2019, which peaked at number 1 on Apple Music Nigeria.

In May 2021, Rema named his sound Afrorave, a subgenre of Afrobeats with a touch of Arabian and Indian music.
Rema won the ‘Next Rated’ gong in 2019 and was nominated for Viewer’s Choice at the 13th edition of The Headies.
In January 2020, he received the Soundcity MVP Awards for ‘Best New Artist’.
Rema was nominated with Burna Boy and Wizkid as ‘Best Viewers Choice: International Act’ at the 2020 BET Awards.
