Nigerians have taken to social media to express disappointment about the ongoing Big Brother Naija Shine Ya Eye reunion.
Some fans of the reality show described it as boring and several of the feuds, especially the segment between Arinola and Nini which they tagged ‘underwhelming.’
On Monday, June 6, the third episode of the reality TV show aired with viewers voraciously anticipating drama and heated conflict between Arinola and Nini following the intense snippet that was broadcasted at the end of episode two.
Albeit, the segment wasn’t well received as the reality stars failed to live up to the hype.
Arinola and Nini discussed about ‘who was a real friend or not‘, this topic failed to entertain the audience who were eager for something refreshing and exhilarating.
Meanwhile, Angel and Maria who headlined the second episode of the reunion show made attempt to salvage the event of the night. They continued their bout from Friday night.
The highlight of the night was the fierce altercation between the aforementioned housemates.
The former housemates argued about the secret affair that took place in Dubai but didn’t go into details as they continued to call each other names.
Prior to the recent argument, the duo have been at loggerheads. As the argument got stretched, Angel accused Maria of being a “patriarchal princess” and accused her of sleeping with a married man.
She said:
You’re a patriarchy princess. You didn’t think of that one when you were f**king married man.
Responding to this, Maria said:
Is that what you want to bring up here? Don’t even allow me bring up all the things you did in Dubai.
