Netflix Officially Confirms Squid Game Season 2 Is Coming
Second season of the groundbreaking Netflix series, Squid Game has been announced with teasers shared on social media by the streaming giant.
The announcement was made on Sunday, June 12 across the various social media platforms of Netflix and official account of the internationally renowned television series.

In 2021, the first season of the South Korean series became an instant hit on Netflix following it’s release.
It was revealed on Sunday that the production for the voraciously anticipated second season has received greenlight and is scheduled for release in 2023.
“And now, Gi-hun returns,” director, writer and executive producer Hwang Dong-hyuk said in a letter to fans.
“The Front Man returns. Season 2 is coming.”

The note also states;
The man in the suit with ddakji might be back and that we’ll also get introduced to Cheol-su, Young-hee’s boyfriend.
It took 12 years to bring the first season of ‘Squid Game’ to life last year.
But it took 12 days for ‘the series’ to become the most popular Netflix series ever
