Sowore Wins AAC Presidential Primary Election
Publisher of SaharaReporters and Convener of #TakeItBack Movement, Omoyele Sowore, has been elected the presidential candidate of the African Action Congress (AAC) for the 2023 general election.
He was unanimously elected without opposition by members of AAC on Thursday at its national primary convention that took place at Work and Connect Event Center, in Abuja.

African Action Congress (AAC) made the announcement via its Twitter page, saying;
Breaking: Sowore @YeleSowore has just been elected as the presidential candidate and flag bearer of the African Action Congress (AAC) for the forthcoming 2023 presidential election in Nigeria. #AACPresidentialprimaries

The human rights activist was a 2023 Nigerian presidential candidate for the African Action Congress party; and previously ran in the 2019 election.
