The terrorists threatening to kidnap President Muhammadu Buhari and the governor of Kaduna State, Nasir El-Rufai, are, according to sociopolitical activist Reno Omokri, merely providing relief for Nigerians.
In the North West, a terrorist organization vowed to kidnap Buhari and El-Rufai after they kidnapped passengers from an Abuja-Kaduna train.
The terrorists issued the warning in a recent video when they were seen whipping some of their prisoners, mostly the male victims.

In response, Omokri wrote on his official Facebook page on Sunday, July 24, that Nigerians would not see the terrorists’ plot as a threat, but rather as a source of relief.
He claimed that if the President were taken, all of Nigeria’s issues would also be taken.
Omokri wrote;
Why are these bandits threatening to abduct Buhari and El-Rufai? I am not sure Nigerians consider that a threat.
To many Nigerians, that would be a relief. Buhari that met Dollar at ₦190 and today it is ₦650? Abducting him is like abducting Nigeria’s problem!
