Nigerian gospel artiste, Sammie Okposo and his wife, Ozioma, are celebrating their 12th wedding anniversary today, Friday, July 1.

The recording artiste on Friday morning took to his IG page this morning to celebrate their union.

Sammie was involved in a scandal last year after a lady he had an extramarital affair with disclosed that they were expecting a baby. Sammie admitted and tendered a public apology to his wife, Ozioma for cheating.

In the apology which was shared on his Instagram page, the singer lamented over the incident which he noted happened in 2021.
The singer further stated that the development has seen him step aside from ministerial work until “full restoration.”
The alleged lady he had an affair with also told her side of the story; confirming that she was pregnant for the gospel artiste.
