Tems Credited As Songwriter On Beyonce’s ‘Move’
Renowned Nigerian recording artiste, Tems whose real name is Temilade Openiyi has been credited as one of the songwriters on Beyonce’s single, ‘Move‘ off her seventh studio album, Renaissance.
Moji Delano announced on Wednesday, July 20 that the American recording artiste, Beyonce released the track list for her upcoming studio album.
The album is set to be released on Friday, July 29, one week from now.
During the early hours of today, Thursday, July 21, the names of the contributors on Beyonce‘s upcoming project were unveiled and Tems‘ name appeared on it.
Also, P2J whose real name is Richard Isong, a Nigerian-born British music producer has been credited as the producer of the same track.

Specifically, Tems was added as a songwriter on the tenth track, ‘Move‘. Other contributors on the album include, Richard Isong, Denisia “Blu June” Andrews, Brittany “Chi_Coney” Coney, and Ronald Banful.

This recent development is coming several weeks after Tems bagged two awards at the 2022 Black Entertainment Television (BET) Awards. Following her success, she became the first female African musician to bag a BET award.
