Actor Charles Awurum Tackles Nigerians Who Call Him ‘Handsome’
Veteran Nollywood actor, Charles Awurum has stated that he will query whosoever dubs him ‘handsome’.
The comic actor stated this in a video shared on his Instagram platform.
Charles Awurum who’s known for his humorous nature, stated that he gets upset when people try to deceive him by calling him a fine man.
According to him, he prefers being told he’s not physically appealing because it’s when he’s told that he knows the person is complimenting him.

He said that when someone calls him a fine man, he feels the person is making an attempt to mock him.

In other news, Nigerian moviemaker, Kemi Adetiba opened up on her health scare.
Read her testimony below:
“If you watched the KOB Doc, you’ll know I had a pretty intense health scare in 2020 that lasted roughly 6 months.
Halfway through this health crisis, we opted for a particular surgery hoping it would cure my ailment.”
She continued, “by this time, however, I was permanently on IV drip and fluids, because I couldn’t hold anything down.”
The other part of her statement reads further;
“Not being able to eat, I was skin and bones having lost 30 pounds.
I couldn’t stand and you count to 10.
As a matter of fact, I had to be helped to move around and my mother bathed me.
I was also severely anemic at the same time but couldn’t be treated specifically for it as doctors were afraid treatment would exacerbate my already worsening situation.”
