Grammy award winner, Burna Boy on Tuesday took a swipe at fans of Afrobeat icon, Wizkid who identify as Wizkid FC.
Burna Boy whose real name is Damini Ogulu is renowned for taking no prisoners. Taking to his Twitter platform on Tuesday, August 23, the Afrofusion musician dragged members of Wizkid, dubbing them ‘delusional’.
The feud commenced moments after Burna Boy tweeted that the suffering of Nigerians resulted from miseducation.

He tweeted on Tuesday,
“Whether you know it or not, All our suffering stems from our miseducation. We do not know who we truly are or the strength we truly have.”

Quoting a tweet where Nobel laureate Wole Soyinka was speaking about Nigeria’s history, the singer noted that was he said was in line with Soyinka’s thoughts, but Wizkid fans were against him.
Sharing a guy’s picture, Burna Boy wrote,
“I said this same thing a while ago, but Wizkid Delusional Twitter fc said I was lying. Maybe if your true history was taught in your schools, Wizkid would have a smarter Twitter FC instead of idiots like this.”

The conversation did not end there, one Twitter user and a member of Wizkid identified as Mr Mdee posted a tweet where he claimed that ticket for Burna Boy’s sold out show that had 1600 in attendance went for $14 with an additional CD.
He claimed the ticket price and the CD was a ploy by the Grammy winner to get a number single in the UK.

The self-acclaimed African Giant who is renowned for coming for trolls quickly tackled the social media user on his Twitter platform.
The Grammy winner went ahead to call out the entirety of the Wizkid FC fanbase.
