Otu Njama, Nigerian Filmmaker Dies Hours After Tribute To Biyi Bandele
Nigerian filmmaker, Otu Njama has been passed away several days after renowned cinematographer, Biyi Bandele passed away.
Otu Njama passed away on Tuesday night in his apartment in Badore, Ajah, Lagos state.
It, however, remains unclear what led to his death — as of the time of this report.
Shaibu Hussieni, the media personality, confirmed his death in a post via his Facebook page on Wednesday.

Hussieni said the filmmaker died hours after he paid a tribute to Biyi Bandele, his colleague, who passed away on Monday.
According to him, the movie producer recently invited him for a concert to promote ‘Sweet Mother’, his forthcoming movie.
Hussieni said the concert was billed to hold on Thursday.

“He sent me a formal invitation for his much anticipated ‘Sweet Mother Concert’ yesterday and followed it up with a call for my attendance and coverage of the event at 1pm yesterday,” he said.
The statement reads further; “The show holds tomorrow but this morning we heard that the Filmmaker of ‘inhibition’ Fame Otu Njama 3 is dead!
“’02’, in his early thirties reportedly died early today. Shocking….Tragic and devastating! To know that he joined us yesterday to pay tribute to Biyi yesterday on the elite WhatsApp platform for creatives Filmic! Kai!!!
“Journey well Otu Njama! You were too good to die! Safe bro! Lord please put an end to this foul spirit of untimely death… yesterday it was Biyi Bandele and today it is Otu!!! This is too much to bear Lord!! Please have mercy…”
