Asake on Sunday, September 5 delivered an electrifying performance at the 2022 Headies Award ceremony.
The 2022 Headies Award ceremony took place in Atlanta, United States of America. It is the first time the foremost award ceremony that celebrates Nigeria’s Afrobeat culture and ideologies will be taking place outside the shores of the country.
Despite not being nominated, Asake who has been one of the most remarkable musicians in the Nigerian music industry since he made his mainstream debut in the early part of 2022 sang several of his hit singles at the award ceremony.
Mounting the stage, Asake who is signed to Olamide’s Yahoo Boy No Laptop (YBNL) performed some of his hits such as ‘Sungba‘, ‘Pallazo‘, ‘Peace Be Unto You‘, and ‘Terminator‘.
