Shade Ladipo, Nigerian Media Personality Trolls Three Major Artistes For Failing To Acknowledge Headies Award Win

Nigerian media personality, Shade Ladipo has criticized major Afrobeat musicians for failing to publish their Headies Awards on their various social media platforms.

It would be recalled that the 2022 Headies Award ceremony took place in Atlanta, Georgia, United States last Sunday, September 4.

In a post shared on her Instagram stories, Shade Ladipo said if these artists won the BET or Grammy, they would be running ”kitikata” to attend.

She however did not mention the artistes she was referring to.

She wrote on her Instagram stories.

In other news, Nigerian music producer, Masterkraft bemoaned how he has continued to be snubbed by Headies Award organizers over the years.

The music producer stated that the academy continued to shun his output despite always producing some of the most incredible songs in the country.

Masterkraft stated that despite several hits he has produced for Nigerian music big shots, including Burna Boy, Wizkid, David, and Olamide, the Headies has denied him proper recognition.

He, however, congratulated Sarz, his colleague, who won the Producer of the year award on Sunday.
