Black Sherif, Ghanaian Recording Artiste Announces Debut Studio Album, “The Villain I Never Was”
Ghanaian recording artiste, Black Sherif has announced that his debut studio album will be titled, The Villain I Never Was.
The musician made the announcement on Saturday via his Twitter platform.
According to the 20-year-old rapper, his debut studio album will be released on Thursday, October 6.

Taking to Twitter, the popular Ghanaian musician wrote;
“It took me everything to give life to this body.
The one thing in my life that I gave everything up for.
There is life in this body, I hope it treats you good and speaks to you like I want it to.
My debut album, “The Villain I Never Was”.
Available on all stores on 06-10-2022.”

Black Sherif whose real name is Mohammed Ismail Sherif became a sensation when he released his single, “Second Sermon” featuring Grammy award winning Nigerian musician, Burna Boy in July 2021.
He has since gone on to become one of the most successful international musicians in Nigeria. His single, “Kwaku The Traveller” released in 2022 shook the entertainment industry when it was released, it became an anthem among Nigerians during it’s first week of release.
In May 2022, Black Sherif together with Stonebwoy, Amaarae and Smallgod met Kendrick Lamar when he visited Ghana and held a private album listening party in Accra for his new album, Mr. Morales & The Big Steppers.
In June 2022, Boomplay announced the Ghanaian musician as the first Ghanaian artist to surpass 100 Million streams on their platform.
