Adebola Adebayo who is better known as Mr Macaroni has revealed on social media that staunch supporters of the All Progressive Congress (APC) have been threatening him on social media.
According to the social media content creator and social activist, APC supporters are hurling insults at him and mocking him for expressing support for Labour Party‘s presidential candidate, Peter Obi.
Taking to Twitter on Thursday, Macaroni mentioned that he has continued to be attacked and insulted by trolls from the same government that dehumanized him.

According to Mr Macaroni, APC trolls curse him, including his parents, and pushed all sorts of agenda to bring his name into disrepute.
He wrote:
“APC Trolls attack and insult me heavily every day. They curse me, curse my parents and push all sorts of agenda to bring my name to disrepute. These are trolls from the same Government that dehumanized me. No wahala, we shall all meet at a TOWN HALL. Different”

Macaroni is one of the most outspoken Nigerian celebrities on social and political issues.
A couple of weeks ago, he expressed his support for Labour Party’s presidential candidate, Peter Obi.
Taking to Twitter, he wrote;
“I do not and will not campaign for Politicians.
I cannot force or beg any Nigerian to vote for a particular candidate but come 2023, the person that I will cast my vote for is Peter Obi!!
And that is final on this matter!!
