Doyin, Ex-BBNaija Contestant To Release Documentary Based On Sexual Assault
Nigerian reality star, Doyin David is set to release a documentary titled, Unending themed around sexual harassment and the culture of shaming rape victims.
Doyin who participated in the 2022 Big Brother Naija Level Up took to her Instagram account on Monday, January 2 to explain the essence of the project.
The documentary titled, Unending has scheduled for release on Saturday, January 7, 2023.
Writing on Instagram, the reality star mentioned that in this part of the world, rape victims are often ridiculed by people and left to feel downtrodden. She added that rape victims are often demeaned even more than the sexual predator.
The reality star stated further that rape victims should be encouraged to disclose their frailties without condemnation.

The opening part of her statement read, “I chose to embark on this project with @the_africa100 because I will never understand why it is more shameful to be raped than to be a rapist. To anyone who has been through this…”

She went further to encourage rape victims to share their stories regardless of the judgmental nature of people in their vicinity.
The reality star wrote further, “It is important to remember that it is not your fault or your responsibility. The abuser is the only person responsible.
You’re not a victim for sharing your story.
Additionally, you are a survivor setting the world on fire with your truth and you never know who needs your light, your warmth, and raging courage.
You are not what happened to you. You are what you choose to become.”
