“I Did Not Mean To Do Harm”- Brymo Writes In New Apology Statement For Deriding Igbos
Nigerian recording artiste, Brymo artiste has stated that he did not intend to harm anyone with his erratic behaviour from several days ago.
The singer-songwriter on Monday morning took to his Twitter account to once again apologize for his controversial tweets pertaining to a potential Igbo presidency.
At the time, the ‘Ara‘ singer stated that Nigeria is not prepared for a person from the Eastern part of the country as the leader. He went on to deride the entire Igbo with a barbarous remark.
The singer was heavily criticized by pundits and social media users. Brymo has since gone on his Instagram live to explain that he didn’t intend to deride any tribe nor be a bigot, hence, his fans should forgive him for his unbridled remark.

During the early hours of today, the singer-songwriter decided to apologize once again.
The singer had this to say, “Forgive my assertions that came across as bigoted spewings against the Igbo tribe, I did not mean to do harm, I am sorry!! ..”

Meanwhile, Brymo whose real name is Ọlawale Ọlọfọrọ has revealed that he will be voting for the presidential candidate of the All Progressive Congress, APC, Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
The singer stated that he is supporting Bola Ahmed Tinubu because he is is fellow tribesman.
He had this to say, “I am not supporting Bola Tinubu (presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress) just because I am a Yoruba man from Lagos. My choice cannot be bought. It (my support) is voluntary, and I want my vote to count, like every other Nigerian.”
