Skiibii, Nigerian Singer Responds To Theft Allegation Levelled Against Him By Ex-Partner, Dorcas Fapson

Nigerian recording artiste, Skiibii through his management, More Grace Music has debunked the theft allegations levelled against him by his former partner, Dorcas Shola Fapson.

Dorcas Shola Fapson in an interview had accused Skiibii of theft during their trip to Zanzibar in early 2022 followed-up by a post where she revealed the items stolen.

In a press release by Skiibii’s management, the said trip was confirmed to be true, however, contrary to DSF’s claim, the entire villa was robbed and the case was handled by the police.

The statement also clarified that the stolen laptop was Dorcas’ old personal computer and that the singer had bought a new one for her before the trip.

The stolen rose-gold wristwatch claimed to be seen on the recording artiste after return to Nigeria was also clarified to be a replacement silver of the same brand.

The statement reads in part;

“The matter was reported to the Tanzanian police immediately on 22nd June 2022 and statements of all the victims were taken, including that of Skiibi and his estranged lover.

Skiibii and his estranged girlfriend no longer felt safe in the said villa, accordingly, Skiibii booked and paid for a new villa for the rest of their vacation.

Upon their return to Lagos, Skiibii bought a new iphone for his estranged lover to replace her stolen phone. Prior to the trip, Skiibii had gotten his estranged lover a new MacBook pro laptop, which she did not travel with and as such, it was her old laptop that was stolen.”
