The Federal Government (FG) has warned undocumented Nigerians in Equatorial Guinea to return to the country.
This advice was contained in a statement signed by the Nigerians in Diaspora Commission, Head, Media, Public Relations and Protocols Unit, Abdur-Rahman Balogun, on Friday.

According to the Commission, its attention was drawn to a report by the Government of Equatorial Guinea on October 17, 2022, advising undocumented foreigners in their country to leave voluntarily or face government sanction.
The Government of Equatorial Guinea noted that the move will help create stability in the country.

The statement read;
The attention of the Management of Nigerians in Diaspora Commission, has been drawn to a letter from the Office of the Secretary to the Government of the Federation on the above-mentioned subject matter.
A report by the Government of Equatorial Guinea on October 17, 2022, was issued, advising undocumented foreigners in their country to leave voluntarily or face government sanction.
