The All Progressives Congress (APC) in Niger State has won the highest number of votes cast in the state in the presidential election.
The announcement was made by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) made the announcement on Monday, February 27.
Bola Ahmed Tinubu, APC’s representative amassed the highest number of votes.

In other news, Bola Ahmed Tinubu also scored the highest votes for the 2023 general election in Jigawa State.
While the former vice president and also the candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Atiku Abubakar followed with 386,587 votes.
Announcing the results, the collation officer in Jigawa State, Professor Arma-Ya’u Hamisu Bichi from the Federal University Dutsimma said, the election was conducted peacefully and the contestants scored the following votes.

”The total registered votes is 2,341,441, accredited is 961,670 while the total votes cast stand at 954,805.
”APC scored 421,390, LP scored 1,889, NNPP 98,234 while PDP scored 386,587 votes.
”Total valid votes, 920,531 and rejected votes, 34,274 while the total cast votes remain 954,805,” he stated.
