Some section of the Olowu spare part market in Lagos state has been gutted by fire.
According to reports gathered, several shops have been affected by the recent combustion that happened on Thursday, March 30. Some of the commodities destroyed by the inferno includes- air-conditioners for sale, parts of vehicles, and motorcycles, among others.
The traders count their losses as the goods lost to the fire are worth millions of naira.

The men of the Lagos State Fire Service and security operatives are at the scene. The situation is under control.

On Wednesday, March 29, MDB reported that a similar fire outbreak occurred in Balogun market, Lagos state.

According to reports gathered, the fire affected a plaza in the market where Ladies’ shoes are sold.
Firefighters from two divisions of Lagos Fire Service were deployed to the scene to put out the fire.
There have many cases of fire incidents in the market, with goods worth billions of naira lost in the process.
