Defending champions, Real Madrid will battle two times Champions league winners, Chelsea. Equally, it would be a rematch of their 2021/22 contest where Real Madrid emerged victorious; the Spanish outfit went on to win their thirteenth (13th) title, the most in the history of the competition.
Equally, this would be the third consecutive season both footballing giants would be going against each other.
Their contest is coming after Real Madrid thrashed Chelsea’s English Premier League rival, Liverpool 6-2 on aggregate. As for Chelsea, they scored twice at the Stamford Bridge to win 2-1 on aggregate against their German opposition, Borussia Dortmund.

In another mouthwatering encounter, 2021 finalists, Manchester City will be vying against German giants and six times Champions League winners, Bayern Munich.
Manchester City had eliminated another German club, Leipzig Rostock in the Round of 16, following Erling Haaland‘s five goals accumulating to an 8-1 aggregate score. For Bayern Munich, they saw off an unimpressive superstar Paris St. Germain team that had Lionel Messi, Kylian Mbappe and Neymar Jnr. 3-0 on aggregate.

Portuguese outfit and two times champions league winners, Benfica will be against Italian football club, Inter Milan.
Benfica had thrashed Belgium club, Club Brugge 5-1 in the round of 16 to accumulate a convincing 7-1 aggregate win. Meanwhile, Inter Milan had to hold on to their 1-0 win against another Portuguese side to reach the quarter-finals for the first time in over a decade.
It is an all-Italian affair in the concluding Champions League quarter-finals clash between Victor Osimhen’s Napoli and current Seria A title holders, AC Milan.
AC Milan defeated English Premier League outfit, Tottenham 1-0 on aggregate. Meanwhile, Napoli put five goals pass the German club, Frankfurt in their 2-leg encounter.
