The court had previously granted him bail in the amount of N800,000 for the three charges, with two sureties in the same amount.

The court ruled that the sureties must be landowners within the court’s jurisdiction.

Okikiola was transferred to the Ilaro Correctional Centre after failing to meet his bail conditions.

However, Victor Oyeleke, the Spokesman for the Nigerian Correctional Service in Ogun, confirmed to newsmen this evening that Portable had completed the bail conditions and had left the prison custody.

He has perfected the bail conditions and he just left the custody,” Oyeleke said.

The case has since been adjourned to April 26 for the commencement of trial.
