Rihanna Nominated For Five Emmy Awards For Outstanding Halftime Superbowl Performance
Rihanna had plenty to celebrate on Wednesday after learning that her Super Bowl LVII Halftime Show received an impressive five Emmy Award nominations.
Taking to Instagram, the singer — who used the career milestone to announce her second pregnancy — shared her gratitude with her fans and team for reaching ‘over 121 million concurrent viewers.’

The Umbrella hitmaker shared four photos from the performance that showed her rocked her now iconic red jumpsuit that exposed her baby bump.
She also included a look at the massive Super Bowl crowd of nearly 68,000 fans in the stands.
Rihanna wrote, ‘pull up breed up 2 d bashment,’ in the caption, before sharing her apparent surprise at all the Emmy nods.
“5 EMMY NOMZ is craaaaazzzyyy!!! Im so grateful for every single person involved in creating these memories,” she posted.

Those five Emmy nominations were for Outstanding Variety Special (Live), Outstanding Directing for a Variety Special, Outstanding Music Direction, Outstanding Production Design for a Variety Special and Outstanding Technical Direction and Camerawork For A Special.
