Google Cloud Taps Industry Veteran Noor Al-Sulaiti to Lead Cybersecurity Push in META Region
Google Cloud bolsters its commitment to cybersecurity in the Middle East, Turkey, and Africa (META) region with the appointment of Noor Al-Sulaiti as Head of Security Business Development and Government Relations.
Al-Sulaiti, a seasoned leader with a proven track record in the telecommunications and technology sectors, brings a wealth of experience to the role. Previously, she served as the CEO of Ooredoo Oman, becoming both the youngest and first female CEO in the company’s history. There, she championed a digital transformation strategy, focusing on data-driven operations and customer-centricity.
Her impressive career also includes leadership positions at Starlink (Qatar), Phono (Kuwait), and FASTtelco (Kuwait). Notably, Al-Sulaiti has been recognized as one of the most powerful businesswomen by Forbes Middle East, solidifying her reputation as a prominent leader in the region.
