American award-winning artist and entrepreneur, Shawn Corey Carter better known as Jay-Z may have a secret daughter, following claims by a 29-year-old woman, La’Teasha Macer that the singer is her biological father.
La’Teasha, who has her own kids, said most part of her life she has been told by her mum, who is suffering from a neurological condition, and other family members that Jay-Z is her father.
The supposed family members have also backed up this claim online. La’Teasha was born in 1990 in Cambridge, Maryland where her aunt, Terry Turner, said she introduced La’Teasha’s mum, Lisa, to Jay-Z.
Turner claims Lisa and Jay Z used to hook up at Lisa’s sister’s house before she got pregnant and gave birth to La’Teasha Macer.
Lisa’s sister, in a Facebook post last week claimed that Lisa tried to contact Jay-Z when he was with Roc-a-fella records but she was mocked by the person that answered the phone call.
Early this month, La’Teasha started an online campaign by creating an Instagram account with the name ‘jayzfirstdaughter’.
She has since been posting several pictures, write ups and videos saying she is Jay-Z‘s daughter, born from an affair he had almost three decades ago.
La’Teasha in her first post wrote;
I’ve been quiet for far too long!. Join me as I tell you my story of living in the shadows of being Jay-Z’s daughter in a city where everyone knew he was my father!
Then some days ago La’Teasha posted a video edit showing what she claimed was a DNA test of her relationship with Jay-Z.
La’Teasha captioned the video saying;
How growing up, I watched Multiple Sclerosis take its toll on my mom. Taking my ‘fun mom’ that I’ve always known to 24-hour bedridden. But I kept it all together raising four kids – including a set of twins while going to school full-time, working two jobs at the prison and the hospital.
In the video, she compared photos of the rapper and herself, saying;
There’s no way he can deny anything, especially when there were people there that knew him.
In one of her numerous posts, she stated that she has a DNA test to back up her claims.
Closing her video, she said, “He knows that I exist.”
La’Teasha said she won’t stop talking about Jay Z until he takes up his responsibility as her father.
