Just In: NCDC Confirms 386 New Coronavirus Cases, 522 Recoveries
Nigeria Centre for Disease Control has announced 386 new cases of coronavirus and 522 recoveries on Saturday night.
According to the centre’s latest data posted on Twitter;

On Friday, the country’s total coronavirus exceeded the 43,000 mark having 43,151 cases with 19,565 discharged patients and 879 causalities.
However, with the new toll, there are now 43,537 total cases, 20,087 recoveries and 883 deaths across the country.
Also, according to NCDC’s situation report, total samples tested nationwide have increased from 279,675 to 283,916 as at July 30.
Meanwhile, Governor of Ekiti State, Kayode Fayemi and Governor of Ebonyi, David Umahi have recovered from coronavirus.
Governor Fayemi took to his Twitter handle on Saturday morning with the announcement that his COVID-19 repeat test has come back negative for the second time since he went into isolation less than two weeks ago.

Governor Umahi confirmed his recovery in a statement he personally signed on Friday, also revealing that his daughter and three of his close aides who also contracted the virus have now tested negative.

The governor thanked God for his recovery and the people of the state for their prayers and support.
The recovery comes four weeks after the officials were infected by COVID-19.
