Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) has announced 325 new cases and 292 recoveries on Saturday, August 15.
According to NCDC’s latest data posted on Twitter, there are now;

It would be recalled that on Friday, total COVID-19 new toll was 48,445 total cases, 35,998 recoveries and 973 deaths across the country.
With the new total, there are 48,770 total infections, 36,290 recoveries and 974 fatalities nationwide.
Also, an August 14 situation report of NCDC stated that total samples tested nationwide have increased from 344,397 to 347,545.
In other news, Nollywood actress, Omotola Jalade Ekeinde has announced that she has tested positive for coronavirus.
The 42-year-old actress expressed that she is currently in isolation and now getting better.
Announcing her health status on her Instagram page on Saturday, August 15, she wrote;
