Bashir Ahmad, Special Assistant to President Muhammadu Buhari on New Media is set to marry his heartthrob, Naeemah Junaid Bindawa on September 25, it has emerged.
The media aide shared details of the upcoming wedding on his social media handles on Friday, which is exactly a week to the ceremony slated to hold in Katsina state.
According to his tweet, they will be getting married on September 25 at GRA Juma’at Mosque in Katsina state.
The long-awaited day is here! @Naeeemah_x and I are delighted to invite you to our Wedding Fatiha on Sept. 25, 2020 at GRA Juma’at Mosque, Katsina. Time: 2PM.

On January 1, 2020, Ahmad shared a New Year message where he declared his love to Naeemah.
He tweeted;

The message drew lots of reactions, including from the Senior Special Assistant to the President on Media and Publicity, Garba Shehu who told Bashir to “just send us an invitation.”
Bashir replied by saying;
Everything is getting ready, Mallam. And definitely you’re among those who will invite people not those who will be invited.

The wedding announcement comes few weeks after President Buhari’s daughter, Hanan got married to Mohammed Turad, a special adviser to Babatunde Fashola, minister of works and housing in Abuja.
