Total COVID-19 Toll Exceeds 63,000 As NCDC Announces 72 New Coronavirus Cases
Total coronavirus infections in Nigeria has exceeded 63,000 as Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) announced 72 new coronavirus cases on Monday, November 2.
The new infection cases, recoveries and deaths was announced via the health agency’s official Twitter handle.
A breakdown of the new cases is as follows; Lagos-51, FCT-6, Ogun-4, Kaduna-3, Niger-2, Ondo-2, Plateau-2, Katsina-1, Oyo-1.

It would be recalled that on Sunday, there were 62,964 confirmed cases of coronavirus, 1,146 deaths and 58,790 patients who recovered from the disease.
With the new figures, there are 63,036 confirmed cases of coronavirus, 1,147 deaths and 59,328 recovered patients.
