The Doctor Weds The Accountant! See Primary School Sweet Hearts Lara And Niyi Who Made It To The Altar

Over the weekend(14th and 15th of October)  I was AWOL(I apologize )because  one of my best friends Omolara Akinyemi got married.

Lara and I went to the same secondary school(FGGC Sagamu)  and have been friends ever since. She also happens to be one of the most beautiful persons I know, literally and figuratively. Her husband Niyi is my friend too and he is what we used to describe as ‘kool,kalm and kollected’…back in the days…lol.

I was a brides maid and I had fun with the other 15 girls. Members of the train were all supposed to wear Mustard yellow but one of the tailors used pale yellow and it came out really nice in the end because of the contrast with the mustard. It photographed so beautifully.

Lara and Niyi’s story is peculiar because Niyi has had his eyes on her since primary school. He vowed that he would marry the first girl he dated and that person turned out to be Lara his primary school sweet heart whom he reconnected with via Facebook years back. The  rest they say is history. 

This two were made for each other and we their close friends feel like they’ve been married and their wedding was just to make it formal.

And guess what guys, I caught the bouquet 💐 and no, Lara didn’t do ‘ojoro’. Is God telling me that I’m getting married soon? I have never up till now caught a bouquet at a wedding and I always come out to catch…lmao!
