Davido Celebrates Uncle, Sen. Ademola Adeleke As He Receives Certificate Of Return From INEC

Davido has remained one of the biggest supporters of the Osun state governor-elect, Sen. Ademola Adeleke, who happens to be his uncle.

Barely 24 hours after calling out the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), his uncle, Sen. Ademola Adeleke received his Certificate of Return (CoR) on Wednesday, July 20.

The renowned recording artiste has taken to Twitter to eulogize his uncle and also celebrate the recent achievement in his family.

Sharing a photo of his uncle with the document on his Twitter platform on Wednesday, July 20, Davido stated that recent achievement means a lot to his family legacy.

The musician wrote;

“It’s been a long battle !! We put our Family name on the line , I put my career on the line ! But we had faith!! This was God testing us if we really believed in him !! I feel victorious! Congrats ! Your excellency @AAdeleke_01! As for me, it’s back to the studio!“

In another tweet, Davido apologized to INEC for calling them out earlier on his Twitter platform. He wrote; “You do well @inecnigeria no vex for yesterday “

On Tuesday, July 19, the self-acclaimed Omo Babaolowo called out the electoral body for failing to issue his uncle a certificate of return (COR) 48 hours after he won the Osun state election.
