‘Trenches’ DJ Entertain BBNaija Housemates, Netizens React (Video)
Trenches is the colloquial term for a poor neighborhood or an area that lacks the luxury of a highbrow community.
It is no longer news that the Big Brother Naija Level Up housemates were divided into two different sects. The Island (Level 1) and the Trenches (Level 2); while Island has been established as the domain for cool and wealthy people, the opposite vicinity, Trenches lacks the beauty of the prior.
For instance, the Island housemates have access to a pool, their Trenches counterparts reside in a ‘kindergarten’ cubicle that is not really appealing to an adult.
Despite the derogatory remark affiliated with Trenches, some of the most exciting housemates are occupants of Level 2. For instance, housemates from the Trenches emerged victorious in the first Wager presentation of the Level Up season on Friday, July 29.

This marked the commencement of greater things to come. On Saturday, July 30, the first house party took place and two disc jockeys who are from streets of Lagos, Nigeria stole the show.
DJ Smallz and DJ 4kerty gave the housemates a good reason to lose their minds for two hours. These disc jockeys could be considered ‘Trenches’ entertainers due to their impecunious background and the genre of music they played.

The first BBNaija Level Up house party had numerous exciting segments and events aside from the dance and the grind; due to the segregation of the contestants, some housemates such as Eloswag and Phyna shared a passionate French kiss that revealed that they could have at least entered a ship if they were allowed to reside in the same apartment for the time being.
