Rico Swavey died at the age of 29 on Thursday, October 13 in Lagos state.
The reality star whose real name is Patrick Fakoya was involved in a ghastly motor accident on Tuesday, October 11, barely 48 hours after the incident, he died from injuries sustained during the collision.
The announcement of his demise was made by his colleagues from the renowned reality show, Big Brother Naija.

Friends and colleagues of the actor gathered, amid tears, for an evening of tribute on Wednesday, October 19.
The heavily attended event had in attendance a majority of BBNaija stars including co-housemates and housemates from previous seasons.
Videos currently making the rounds show attendees including Teddy A, Bam Bam, Alex Asogwa, Dorathy Bachor battling with tears as tributes of the star aired.

The mourners could not hold their emotions as they broke down in tears.
The remains is expected to be buried on Thursday, October, 20, according to the burial arrangement posted by his family.

Tboss Pays Tribute To Rico Swavey
Former Big Brother Naija Housemate, Tokunbo Idowu, popularly known as TBoss, has taken to social media to mourn her late colleague, Rico Swavey.
In a post shared on Instagram, TBoss said she had thought the tragic incident was a dream but it is sad to know that Rico is really gone.
She noted that the world has lost one of the good ones and prayed that God will grant his family strength through the current trying times.
She wrote:
“I hoped and prayed that i was dreaming but alas- he’s really gone.
Rico is gone. Forever.
The world has truly lost one of the good ones.
And now he would be laid to rest.
May God grant his family strength through this trying times.”
