Nigerian recording artiste, Simi has stated that her colleagues often exude ‘fake love’.
The ‘Duduke‘ singer expressed her animosity in a Twitter post on Monday.
In her post, the songstress who is married to fellow musician, Adekunle Gold mentioned that she loves the music, however, she is unable to comprehend why she is surrounded with ‘fake love’ from those in the industry.

She had this to say;

Equally, several of Simi‘s colleagues have nagged about the music industry in time past.
In another post, Yemi Alade, popular Nigerian songstress applauded the contribution of Afrobeat to the music ecosystem.
She mentioned that the ambassadors of the genre are exceptional in their field however, the nefarious condition of the country is making her unhappy.
She wrote on Twitter;
“Afrobeats is breaking barriers and making waves globally as our Nigerian ambassadors continue to bless us with melodies but my heart is with Nigeria! SHE IS IN THE WORST CONDITION SHE HAS EVER BEEN”
