Nigerian actress, Toyin Abraham has expressed anger over a fake obituary video deriding her across social media platforms.
In her reactionary statement, the Nollywood actress stated that ‘death is not her portion‘.
A couple of days ago, a livid Nigerians designed ‘fake funeral’ videos for the actress due to her presidential preference. The actress has been campaigning for the presidential candidate of the All Progressive Congress (APC), Bola Ahmed Tinubu, much to the infuriation of several social media trolls.
Her presidential preference made some trolls design a cruel video for the actress.
The headline of the video read, “R.I.P Actress Toyin Abraham dèath news clash over naira notes and 2023 elections.”

Reacting, the actress stated that it is no longer democratic if decision cannot be made freely.
She wrote,
“ It is no more Democracy if you don’t allow people to make their decision freely.
“Everyone can not see
things from your own angle ONLY. Bullying, harassing and threatening people’s life because they disagree with you on personal choice shouldn’t be encouraged at all.
“Why would anyone put this out there? Why? Why should anyone wish others bad because they made a different choice? Why? Death is not my portion in Jesus name.”
