Asake has released the music video for ‘2:30‘.
The sensational Afrobeat musician released the enthralling music video on Wednesday, April 5.
Equally, this would be Asake‘s second music release in 2023. It would be recalled that he released ‘Yoga‘ in the opening months of 2023. While ‘Yoga‘ saw Asake appease the tranquility of nature, his latest single, ‘2:30‘ discusses life as a superstar and how things have been able to transition for him in the last one year.
The singer who is signed to Olamide‘s Yahoo Boy No Laptop (YBNL) in the new single is promoting hedonism; disclosing what it feels like to embrace the beautiful things that life has to offer.

While it is uncertain what Asake the singer was trying to depict with the song title, ‘2:30’, he mentioned in the chorus that this is the ideal time to ‘turn up’ and have fun. Simply put, he was talking about going to nightclub to gyrate and embrace some of the exhilarating moments that life has to offer.
As seen in the music video, the singer-songwriter was at a strip club with voluptuous. Puffing his marijuana and cigar, the singer is simply living his best life and he is unapologetic about it.
