Kanye West has been discharged from UCLA Medical Center and is now home, just over one week after he was first hospitalized following an apparent breakdown, according to a new report.
According to TMZ, the rapper has checked out of the hospital onWednesday and is now back at his home with his family.
Kanye, 39, left UCLA Medical Center in the company of his wife Kim Kardashian and his personal physician, Dr. Michael Farzam, adds the website.
Kanye will continue to be treated for psychological and medical issues as sources say the rapper is ‘not out of the woods’ yet.
The ‘near death’ experience where Kim was robbed in Paris reportedly left Kanye ‘completely freaked out’ and the fact that it happened near the nine-year anniversary of the loss of his mother Donda only deepened the rapper’s distress.
